She was proactive, finding houses that were just coming on the market. In negotiation, she saved money that I had already considered spending. And she helped us gauge the local market and the customs and standards of the local market. We have taken many agents' names in vain after the process was concluded. By contrast, working with Amy was a genuine pleasure and we have the highest praise.
